I am creating a call flow for and I am having trouble with using a system speed call number in a blind transfer.
We have an 888 number that goes to an automate system outside our phone system.
I created a system speed call of 6326 --> 8886546546.
On my 5340 phone, I can dial 6326 and it will go to the 888 number.
Within the call flow , I have created an action -- Blind transfer.
I have entered the 6326 ext into this action.
When I test it, it comes back with " I'm sorry that is not a valid ext. number"
Is there something I am missing?
