I set up vm ports to do multiple rad messages, usually leave the first an d last vm port as vm. Assign the rad greeting and perhaps create hunt groups

Think this may be clustered, I turn off all keep alives and never add any login info. Clustered keep alive will be done by both, both may contain the peers with differing addresses and function as designed. Like to limit only that going to each. Keep alives should be IMHO handled by the sip peer profile instead of the MBG setting.

If they are extensions on the Mitel PBX, think they should be set as generic sip, and have a sip device configured for them. Likely on the Mitel they would be in a hunt group, unless they are site specific. Usually only change in sip device is to set the Replace System based with Device based In-Call Features to yes, there may be additional settings but would start with that. Also may want to turn off prack.

Just mentioning that Mitel 125 option has more than the 43 option such that it starts 00 00 04 03 XX or something like that before the ipphone.mitel,com starts. XX is a string length and 00 00 04 03 is an identifier. You can use the tool to create it and get rid of the first 5 values to have the hex for 43

FWIW, when I tested this, adding the index.html file did not immediately make this change although it appears to have presedence. Might have been a cache issue, but renaming the Microsoft default can hurt IMHO.
