If I am having sync issues with the TD is it ok to export from one PBX with the numbers I'm missing and import into the PBX where there missing?

I'm thinking that if you import them you may end up with a lot of duplicate entries when the sync is resolved.
It would be best to resolve the sync issues.

what's the best steps to try and resolve these types of issues. The TD has been cleaned up so they all have names and numbers.

all other forms are sharing fine. I don't have any alarms or SDS errors on the box I'm trying to push the TD to. The typical way I have resolved this in the past isn't working. I have rebooted the box that doesn't have the TD and waited over night hoping something would change.

What's really strange is when the box first came up and I synced everything the TD had a lot of entries and now after several attempts to sync the two boxes the new box has only one entry for the lone phone I have programmed. Doesn't make sense that all the other numbers disappeared.

That's not making any sense to me either.
You may have to take it to tech support.
