PrairieFyre missing some data
« on: September 24, 2013, 10:16:19 AM »
I have a questions regarding some PrairieFyre data that is not included in reports.

We have 6 scheduled Extension Group Accounting Trace reports that run daily.  Most of these include data from our predictive dialer system, however two do not show the data.

The way the predictive dialer work...Once the employee logs into the system, the dialer will call the extension of that employee.  Once that call is picked up, the phone stays off the hook.

The Trace Report will show the call as:
Call Start time                  Cost        Duration  Phone#        Location  Call Type  Rate         Trunk
9/10/2013 7:47:15 PM   $0.07   00:06:22   866xxxxxxx   China   Incoming   Local   9999
9/10/2013 10:55:04 AM   $0.08   00:07:48   866xxxxxxx   China   Incoming   Local   9999

My issue....

This data show the calls on all reports except two.  How could I get this data to show on the other two reports?  I compare the reports setups and could not find any differences.

Any thoughts on this?

Thanks

-Evan

Is this something that was working and stopped? You check the PF database to make sure all the extension involved are included in its database? Do all the extensions have a SOS where SMDR is generated?

All extensions are in the database.  The calls not be accounted for are incoming, from our main 800.  It's our autodialer system.  Like I said earlier, it is included in 4 other branch reports.

SOS....not sure what this acronym is for.

Thanks for the reply!

Typo SOS should have been COS.
