Warning Alarm

Hi at all , i have this issue .
From 3 week my Mitel 3300ICP rel 9 , randomly phone when answer incoming call "call drop" after it when phone try to make external call each time that is make 0xxxx i receive congestion .
I reboot phone , for 1-2-3-x call work after issue occurs .
I must restart callserver .
When i have this issue into software logs warning i receive it

I think congestion only has to do with trunking.
If you have more calls attempting to access a trunk group than you have trunks you usually get a congestion log.

What kind of trunks do you have?   And how many trunks do you have?

We have not more trunk , i suppose we have a corrupt database .
But we cannot able to investigate better for find this issue  , because we not know more command on Mitel
I suppose we have delete phone not correctly and after this command issue occurs

Hi at all , i have solved issue .
this issue is present after upgrade 16 sip-trunk to Cisco Call Manager .
We have found that PBX isn't sincronize with ISDN PRI , after set clock correctly for the moment no problem
