Guys,

Has anyone seen this error when booting up a phone:

"Please wait while upgraded are being performed on the html applications on this phone"

Communication Error: Help5340_en.spx

Any help would be great.

Cheers
Ollie

Is the phone connected to a Teleworker Server?
That's where I've seen it.

Yep I've only seen it on a hand set connected through a TW server before. There was a port being blocked that stopped the HTML apps from being downloaded.

I've also had it where the tw server was the latest version and not compatible with the version of 3300.

What was the port that was being blocked?  I have this same error on a teleworkers phone.

Download the TNA (Teleworker Network Analyzer) from the Teleworker server and run it from a remote location, it will tell you exactly what ports are open or closed.
