Have you changed the programmed asu type in Analog service units form on the 4.1 system?

Have you programmed the rest of the form like the card type installed in the asu?

What does ASU info say now?

Have you got an IP conflict? ASU2 uses;

192.168.Y.1 to 192.168.Y.15
Where Y ranges from 10 to 13

These must not be used elsewhere on the system. What controller type do you have?

the problem is still the same, we setting IP 10.64.194.86 in the controller unit,
and we use MXe 3300 (4.1 system) with IDE hard disk.

"Upgrade bootrom all" from maintenance and if that fails you have a faulty ASU11. Do a "Status ASU ALL" from maintenance and it will probably show the cim port down (even though the lights are all up). Apparently a know fault from a bit of searching.
