Are other people able to get audio? Doesn't sound like a PC issue more than a teleworker or firewall issue.

Hello

I have someone using the MiCollab Desktop App through a Microsoft Windows 365 Cloud PC. It appears she doesn't have any sound but the sound works fine through other apps like YouTube and Microsoft Teams. I've done a Factory Reset of MiCollab and put in the new authentication key. All the settings seem OK and there is max volume in the Sound Settings on Windows for MiCollab.

Just seeing if there is any other permissions or settings I can check?

Either your system parameters/capacities are messed up, or you have a database error... The most common fix for this is to backup the database and restore it, any invalid or malformed information will not be restored. Note that if ARS is messed up, it could wipe it out entirely (rare, but possible) so I would suggest exporting those forms before doing a backup/restore.

MiCC YSE, Ignite, & CCMWeb supported methods:

1. Local login
2. Local AD Integration
3. CloudLink integration
4. CloudLink to Azure AD
5. CloudLink with 3rd party to Azure AD integration

You can do pretty much what ever you can think of.  It just depends on what works best for your site.  There might be even more methods supported but these are the main ones I've encountered.

Once you enable cloudlink, you'll have to run the setup wizard again if you need to disable it.

you would need to have a cloudlink account and link the customers cloudlink to their azure

Then you can run the setup wizard and change the authentication type to cloudlink ( micc must be above a certain version to support it)

NOTE : any change to authentication requires that all client access ( including YSE ) uses the new authentication methid

you cant have any locally authenticated accounts once the server has been changed

When creating extensions 3644 or 3643, the message shown in the screenshot appears, but I don't know how to release those extensions.
