Our current onprem system: MiVB, MiCC, MIR, Micollab/Nupoint, and MBGs. We are a small organization, >100 desk phones, small call center using Ignite/MiContact Center.
While we were working to build an onprem failover site we found out about Mitel specific hosting solutions like Cloud9.
https://voipnetworks.com/cloud9-infrastructure/It is very appealing instead of building a failover site and they also handle SIP provider failover which we don't have.
VOIP Networks also seems to be a partner that works closely with they or they are the same company (we are not with VOIP currently).
We got some good feedback from someone who made the switch from onprem but we are curious if anyone here has any input.
One concern is authentication with NuPoint and MIR as we would need MFA or a VPN to access that data in the cloud for compliance reasons.
