Recall timer is set to 60 sec. in the PBX.


When I transfer the call to the phantom extension (call park), it recall after 5 rings. Where can I increase the timer to 2 min. ?

Mitel Software Applications / UCA 6.0 - SXERR_FEATURE_NOT_ALLOWED

Hello,

I have program a UC Endpoint softphone. When I try to dial out, it says unable to dial out and in the event viewer,  it shows "SXERR_FEATURE_NOT_ALLOWED"
 
MiTAI/Tapi Computer Integration is enable.
Group Presence Control, Group Presence Third Party Control, HCI/CTI/TAPI Call Control Allowed, HCI/CTI/TAPI Monitor Allowed is set to yes and Voice Mail Softkey Allowed is set to no.

Any Idea?

Mitel MiVoice Business/MCD/3300 / mitel 3300 ring group overflow

Hello,


I have programmed a ring group with overflow to an phantom extension which is program to call reroute always to phantom extension's voicemail (nupoint).  when the ring timer expire in the ring group, it does not go to voicemail but instead it goes to message center in nupoint.

I have a new 5000 install with Oaisys. what do you need to program in the 5000 to interface with Oaisys?
Do you need to assign static IP to each IP phone?
How does Oaisys capture audio, port mirroring by static IP ?
