Call Park is not supported on the 5000, so there is no timer.

The easiest work around is to build a hunt group with your phantom as the only member, and use the hunt group recall destination and timer.

You are essentially transferring the caller to the phantom so transfer recall timers are in play.
I use the transfer to hold to a phantom, this way the hold recall and recall timers are involved.

Recall timer is set to 60 sec. in the PBX.

When I transfer the call to the phantom extension (call park), it recall after 5 rings. Where can I increase the timer to 2 min. ?

Thanks

Jake22,

Are multiple stations using this phantom or is just one person parking calls there?

If you want to stick with just a phantom then set it to use the Alternate Hold timer and then adjust it under timers to be 2 minutes. Then transfer to hold the calls you want to go there and after the hold timer expires it will ring the phantom until it the recall timer expires and the recall to the station or attendant that transferred the call originally.

Personally though I create hunt groups like DND ON suggested and only allow operators to park the calls.

Thanks,

TE
