Dear all,

Thanks for the support. I have sorted the issue. The thing I noticed is that the voicemail box was full.
It was set at 80 messages with never delete option, and the box was full. I've put the voice mail box capacity at 100 with the delete every 90 days option.

Yes, I am using the embedded voicemail.

Dear all,

I am facing a new issue on my MiVoice 3300 ICP (MXE III).
When some extentions are called, if not picked up, the call divert to the voicemail as normal.
But the welcome message is straight asking for pass code " Please enter your pass code ”
My customer said that is a security issue. He pretends that some one can try out and find his pass code and get into his network.

Do some one has encountered such a problem?

Please assist for solving this issue.

A step by step check list will be much appreciated.

What is the Uptime of your system?

The system uptime is almost a year.

System uptime: 10:41 up 359 days, 19:17:56.

How busy is this site?

Have you tried a reboot of the controller?

I've rebooted the controller. It seems to work better but the error message is still displayed.

Is it possible to stop the log message appearing continuously as the one below?

"Software   4577   Error   2018/Apr/19   10:02:31   VMPMSServer   ReceiveMessages Delivery problem to Voicemail App   Main   ipvm_pmsserver.cpp"

If I go to maintenance log menu I see hundreds of this message (continuously).

Yes it is working, I can call the hunt group from an extension.

Dear Mitel forum members and visitors,

We are facing a voicemail issue. When you call any extension from anywhere if there is no answer the call is going back to the operator instead of going first to the voice mail.

See below the message I took from logs.

Software   4577   Error   2018/Apr/19   10:02:31   VMPMSServer   ReceiveMessages Delivery problem to Voicemail App   Main   ipvm_pmsserver.cpp

Can you please help to sort out this issue?

We are using a MXe III 3300ICP Soft ver 7.2

How to redirect all calls from the console (bothside in and outside) to another extension?

The used database is postgreSQL.

I have installed 3 consoles, they all worked properly for months, but now only the main console is displaying call history, console number 2 and 3 are not.

The database is installed on the main. I checked synchronization, seems to work, can you help please.

Aren't you using SIP trunk? Maybe the option "Disable Reliable Provisional Responses" is set to No and the SIP peer does not support PRACK.

No Petr, I am not using SIP Trunks at this moment. I am using one E1 for exteernal calls.

Is the cos set to play music on transfer? If so, do you have a music source?

Yes there is an embended MoH source which is playing well, but not during the transfer.

Consoles and phones are operating on LAN where VLANs are as follow:

Data VLAN = 2

Voice VLAN = 3

I am using MiVoice Business MXe III with MiVoice Business Console. When calls are transferred from console to other destinations callers hear only silence and (no ringing).

Did some one face the same issue or have a recommendation?
