Door Opener

hi,
i have Mxe controller and i want to connect with door strick so that the reception guy can dial code to open the door, how can I do that?

You'll need a device that can listen to touchtones and react to them.
You'll need to connect this to an analog trunk port on the 3300.

I already have an access control system install in our office the thing is if I want to open the door I have to make Zero Volte which will not come from ONS or the analoge trunk . I try to make it work with ONS put always there is voltage I and I can't have my Zero |Voltage to open the door? do you have specific courfigration on Mxe do to that ?

You have a ciruit that is NC and you want to open it by pressing a button or button sequence on the 3300? Will the relay port work for this? If not looking at the pinout for the paging port shows both NC and NO config. As long as you don't need the paging port for anything I don't see why this wouldn't work.

  Is there a device out there that could work on FXO or FXS and trigger a relay.  Either when it gets ring, or when it goes off hook, depending on the port type?  Wouldn't have to be one device for both.....just wondering.  A brief google didn't hit this one for me.  Such a thing could work in this and other scenarios me thinks.....
