Hi all,
I am new here so I hope that I am posting in the correct place. I am having an issue with Micollab 6, when I try and modify or delete a certain user I get the following error message:
"Failed to delete user
The delete operation was aborted
Error fetching the user data. Failed to find MiCollab to Micollab Client user mapping"
This is only occurring on one user all of the others are fine, I am not sure if maybe that record is corrupted or something similar. Have any of you seen this before or know what could be causing it. There is not a lot I can check without being able to even view the user but I have checked that the system is synchronizing correctly and I have also rebooted in hopes that would fix it.
