Hi
A number of our users are finding that the MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Client is crashing when trying to go into a conference.
The users can click a link on the invitation email then click on share. The splash screen for the client appears but then they receive the following error:
"MiCollab Audio, Web and Video Conferencing Client has stopped working."
In the event log the users get the following message:
Faulting application name: MCAC.EXE, version: 6.0.38.0, time stamp: 0x56157f2f
Faulting module name: clr.dll, version: 4.6.1055.0, time stamp: 0x563c0f73

I have performed the following troubleshooting so far:
· Uninstalled and reinstalled the client did not resolve
· Under:
o “C:\Users\username\AppData\Local\” renamed Mitel folder to Mitel.old and
o “C:\Users\username\AppData\Roaming\” renamed Mitel folder to Mitel.old
o The application still crashed
· Logged on as an unaffected user. The application did work
· Ran .net framework cleanup tool to remove all versions of .net framework and installed latest version (4.6.1) issue still occurs.
· Logged onto a different laptop as an affected user. The client works as expected.
AWC Client version: 6.0.38.0
OS Version : Windows 7 SP1 Enterprise
Many thanks
James
