we have our ACD groups set to logout phones that do not answer. we have one phone that is a member of an ACD group that gets VERY high call volume. she is logged out frequently and does not realize that she is logged out. what is the best way for her to see this? can i program a presense button to be lit when the user is logged in but not lit when they are logged out? can i force her extension to "auto" login to the ACD group?
