Looking at integrating the 5000 with Rekoop (which is a time recording system)

Rekoop support have asked us to locate the .txt file which records all the call records for each extension.

Any ideas where i can find this?

Thanks in advance!

The 5000 does not support text file call records directly... you can manually make a text file of SMDR with System Administration, or you will need some kind of capture utility to make a file, since the 5000 doesn't "dump" call details to standard IP port, it requires handshaking to start the data flow

Ryskie,

You may be able to setup the Simple SMDR server that can be found on this site and then use that to get your file.

Thanks,

TE
