Default Call Behavior for 3300ICP Auto Attendant Mailbox
« on: May 10, 2015, 06:58:43 PM »
I have a question about changing the default behavior of the Auto Attendant mailbox. I am creating a flow required by Management that requires the timeout behavior of the mailbox created for MLAA to forward to " Operator Extension ".  I have disabled the Disconnect on timeout however when we test this VMBox it requires that the message repeats three times before the transfer to " Operator Extension"  Can we find a setting where we can remove this loop requirement?

Thanks In Advance, I suppose the GUI with our newer IVR's have tainted me.

This is the behavior when using a menu node mailbox. There is no way that I know of to change repeating 3 times before time out.

You could try this to create an ACD with interflow to emulate an AA.

Looks like I may have a challenge there with current licensing? Ideas on other ways to accomplish the same flow.
Essentially:
Incoming Call > Message prompting 2 for support IF NULL > Transfer to reception IF NOANSWER > Operator?

You don't need licenses to create acd paths
