Bria app crashing Mitel ?
« on: May 08, 2015, 01:28:16 PM »
3300 MXe 2-Clustered Rel 4.2 / 10.2.0.26_2  EMB-VM 6-SX200 10-ASU

So I put the Bria app (3.2.1.77073) on my android phone. When I did that a couple months ago it seemed to work fine. Now, If I make a call to a Mitel extension, I get one way audio (Cell to Mitel) and when I end the call, the Mitel reboots ? I didn't make the connection, but it happened a couple weeks ago and when it happened today, I realized the system went down right after my call. I don't use the app that often and I don't want to keep taking down the system just for me to test.

Any ideas on settings of some type, cos or ? that could be the reason.   Thanks !

I think this is the new remote reboot feature. ::)

What do the logs say just before the reboot?
There should be something there when that happens.

I've found the easiest way to check the logs for something like that is to export it into Excel and check from there.
