Tannoy/Announcement System

Hi folks, fairly new (new poster at least) here and just wondering if anyone could help me or point me in the right direction. Quick and easy question here , I think.

We have a Mitel 3300 at our organisation and our senior executive team have been told (by a sales person) about the public address system/tannoy that's inbuilt into our system. Now they obviously want to use this feature. Which form do you set the zones up and configure this and are there any pitfalls I should be  aware of ? Cheers in advance.

Paging in general for the forms. Paging zones and you will only get internal paging without an external amplifier hooked up. And only to ip phones with speakers. (not analog even if they have speakers)

Loudspeaker paging form, COS options to enable/disable phones for all  or single zones and feature code if you don't program a paging key on each set that needs it and interconnection form if you need it. Help file is good for info as usual.
