colud anyone tell me how i check the sets firmware, i am using 5330,5212 and 5302 sets. system R8.0

The easiest way it to reboot the set. It will tell you the rev when the set boots.

in maintenance commands type 'loc ext <number>' and the system will display a PLID fo rthe IP set. take this PLID and type 'firm PLID <PLID>'

not supported on AX controller or 5302 sets

i am able to check firmware for the sets with command, but from the 5302 sets like as mentioned i cannot, so how could i check 5302 firmware.if i reboot 5302 how can i check the firmware?

You don't. They have no screen so will not display anything. You would need to check the R8.0 Release notes for the set firmware load for that SW
