System Administrator VoiceMail Box
« on: November 07, 2014, 07:01:31 AM »
Hello

Im trying to configure our Voicemail boxes to use the default greeting, at the moment users are asked to create a personal greeting, if they say no then they are kicked from the system.

I can see we can do this from the Express Messenger telephone administration and using a technician code. However when I try logging into the System Administrator Mailbox and press option 2 I get the message "the system isn't configured to support this feature at this time"

I've tried this on two other systems and it works fine. I believe I must be missing something from this installation but im unsure what it could be.

I managed to sort this one myself by enabling TUI from the VM Options Form.
