Programming a Call Forward
« on: October 06, 2014, 02:15:21 PM »
Hello,

I have Site A the main site in this scenario and site B the resilient site. I have all my phones at site B programmed to be running off site A. I need at least one phone on site B to be able to put site B into Night mode and day mode. I have it worked out from the stand point of I can dial *87 1150 8000 which takes the hunt group and sends it to our call center and I can dial **87 1150 to cancel this. Is it possible to setup a key on a phone at site B to dial these numbers automatically? I have tried programming a CDE Speed Call but it error ed out. I think I can program a key directly on the phone but was wondering if I could do it from within the system.
software is 6.0
Thanks,

Instead of using a key type of CDE Speed call try using "user speed dial"
