Documentation on MiCollab Client's Attendant Console

Hi All,
I was curious if anyone know where to get documentation on this either Mitel or 3rd party customer training style. There isn't any that I've seen on Mitel's E-Doc site.

I have found a few videos on the subject which is kinda cool.
