Call Pickups - Directed vs Dialed & Call Hold Retrieve (and Remote Retrieve)

Hi All,
I had three questions:
1) What is the difference between a "Directed Call Pickup" versus a "Dialed Call Pickup"?
2) What form do you use to group extensions into "Call Pickup Groups"?
3) What is the difference between "Call Hold Retrieve" versus "Call Hold Remote Retrieve"?

1)Dialed Call pick is to pick up a ringing call within your pickup group.   Directed Call Pickup is to pickup a specific ringing extension.
2) The form to use to set up Pickup Groups is "Pickup Groups"
3) Call Hold Retrieve is to pickup a call holding on your extension.  (Generally used for analog devices) Call Hold Remote Retrieve is to retrieve a call holding on a different extension.
