One-Way audio calling ACD group
« on: April 25, 2014, 01:00:57 PM »
When calling from an ESI key system to a Mitel 3300 ACD group we are getting one way audio. This a SIP trunk to SIP trunk call. If you dial the DID directly, it works fine, but when calling the ACD group, one way audio.

You're going to have to pull and post a wireshark capture for that one I believe.

I thought we had this corrected, but it has appeared again.

I am attaching the captures. I have 3. The first capture is a call into the ACD group, after being transferred, the call drops. The second is a direct dial to that extension, it works fine. The third is a cell call into the ACD group, when transferred it was fine. No drop.
