« on: September 03, 2014, 10:30:20 PM »
Hello everyone!
Please help,
 I have a LX (OS 6.0_PR1) _,
 Then the day before yesterday there E2T abnormalities,
(Alarm>>Category Name :E2T Comms Major)

 What are ways to re-start or install it ??
 (Or should I say hardware damage)

The error is telling you that the RTC processor has lost communication with the E2T processor. Could be a few reasons why. In ESM, go to "Hardware Compute Cards" and see if you can see any info on slot 2. Also check your DHCP settings to see if the E2T is set up to receive a static IP address. The MAC address of the E2T processor should be labeled on the back of the controller chassis. If all the settings are correct, it could just be a bad controller, the LX has been discontinued for quite a while and they do fail eventually.

Thank you!
This piece of equipment, often E2T abnormal;
E2T IP & MAC are displayed on the device,
But is unable to restart E2T,
Sometimes the main system reboot several times,
only normal! I wonder if there are other ways!!
