UCA Console issues

I have a UCA 6 console that is giving a receptionist issues. She is one of four on the site and the only one having problems. The issue is when she clicks on a tile for a user to send the call to, it doesn't always deselect the previous selection. Sometimes there could be five or six tiles selected at once. If she then tries to transfer the call it may not go to the correct person (looks like first selected to me).

Any ideas?

Sounds like a computer/Windows issue to me. The mouse isn't working properly. Same thing happened to me at home last week after an upgrade. My mouse acted like I was holding it down when I wasn't. Windows looked like it was missing the "up"
 event. I ended up moving my wireless mouse to a different usb port (actually, back to it's original) and rebooting. You could also try replacing the keyboard.
