Voicemail Problems

Hi

We have a 3300 gateway with a 6510 voicemail server.  The 3300 has been upgraded recently and has been doing weird things like transferring blank calls, transferring in the middle of call (without the user manually transferring) and leaving blank voicemails.  We've had several technicians come in to take a look an no one can figure it out. 

Does anyone know how to fix this?

  Unfortunately, I don't know that I can be a lot of help here, even with more information.  Before contacting support I would try to narrow down the circumstances that cause the "silent" calls.  It sounds like it is always calls that originate or at least are flowing through the 6510, but it is hard to tell.

  Support may know of issues with your particular versions of the 3300 and the 6510 so might be worth talking to them.

Unfortunately, I don't apperceive that I can be a lot of advice here, even with added information. Before contacting abutment I would try to attenuated down the affairs that could cause the "silent" calls. It sounds like it is consistently calls that arise or at atomic are abounding through the 6510, but it is harder to tell.

I have experienced this on a big customer sites, we upgraded all 60 controllers to version 8.0 and found that the integration between 8.0 and the 6510 was not good.

We had to keep 2 3300 at release 5 in order to keep the integration working between the 6510 and the 3300.

We have been told however, that the latest version of 6510 will fix the problem, we have tested this in the lab and does work.

What release is the 3300 and 6510 including service pack if possible.
