Can a Polycom 7000 access the Mitel Directory?
« on: July 03, 2013, 05:02:05 AM »
Hi All,

We've just setup a Polycom 7000 conference phone which works great, however it would be ideal if it could access the Telephone Directory.  I can't find any information on how to do this so I assume it's not possible, can anyone confirm?  (MCD v5.0 SP2)

Many thanks.

I don't think that's going to happen.

Just an idea, in the Scheduler you can add Telephone Directory export into CSV file and then try to convert the file and import into into the Polocom phone (if possible).

Do not think SIP devices have access to the telephone directory. petr.necas suggestion might be your only route but every time a new user is added then you would have to go through the process again.

No worries, I'll probably just put in some important numbers and leave it at that.  Thanks for the replies.
