TIP: What COS does CFNA follow?
« on: July 03, 2013, 03:06:53 PM »
Here's a tip I just learned and thought I'd share.

On an incoming call, what COS does the CFNA follow?

This depends on what you have set in the System Options for DPNSS/QSIG Diversion Enabled:
If this option is set to Yes then CFNA follows the Set's Class of Service.
If this option is set to No then CFNA follows the Trunk's Class of Service.

Thanks for the tip,
I was always told it followed trunks COS and thought that it was very limiting.
