Auto-Answer from outside call...

We've been able to set the phones up so we can auto answer from inside calls....but not for outside calls.

Is there any way to setup a phone to allow auto answer from outside calls?  We were able to do this on our panasonic system from what I remember.

So the call bursts straight through the speaker of the phone?

Or do you mean if your phone is ringing with an external call picking the phone up answers? (Rather than picking the phone up and pressing the call button)

so the call burst straight to through the speakers of the phone without having to physically pick it up.  We were able to set this up for internal calls, but not external.

Fairly sure the only way to achieve this is if you have phones in an ACD hunt group and they have headsets.

Correct. Why would anyone want calls to go directly to speaker anyway?

I can hear the conversation now, "Sorry about chewing/burping/farting [insert your own annoying noise ] in your ear."
