sorry ..my mistake..when i mean when i try to add 000000 ..on associate directory number..

e.g my extension is 47832 then CPN substitute put 000000..but use my direct line call to my mobile..it still showing my direct line..

is there any configuration i miss to configure?

without CPN subsitute,,i will show my direct line

In the Class of Service Options form

Set Non-Prime Public Network Identity to 'Yes' to implement substitution on calls made from non-prime lines


(from the help files)

There are other restrictions if you are in a cluster etc. Look at the help files for CPN substitution.
