Set 5224 in to static ip mode
«

Hi
Could somebody explain how to set the 5224 in to static ip mode. I am trying to boot from a remote network, and the teleworker function is not working. I am connected via VPN and can ping and access the 3300 from my remote location.
I can navigate to the static network parameters but a bit confused which IP address etc
To enter. Any help would be much appreciated
Many thanks

If asked ipv4. If you don't use 3 digits, use the # for a dot. Settings needed will be: ip address, subnet mask, gateway, icp address and tftp (these last two would be controller)

What IP values are you filling out? You need to do the phone address ( with subnet ) then the gateway, RTC and TFTP. I would not use teleworker mode since you have no teleworker.
Boot the phone holding the up volume key release and then select configure the phone, then network parameters and then skip all the view options until you see modify phone settings. Say yes and then fill in the above. IF you need VLAN info you may need to add that. You can also put in L2 priority but its not necessarily needed.
