Generic sip phone mode !!!

I am connecting some telephones on generic sip phone  mode on our Mitel 3300 CXi and CX controller. Then it is working regularly for e few minutes but  then the connetion is broken automatically so the transmission can’t be come true.I switched off and on it but telephones are not working stil. Is there anybody who has information about this and help me? Thanks for now.

Haven't come across that.

Couple questions
- what phones are you using
- what software version do you have on your controllers

we use 5.0 software and our telephnes are snom320 and ttec.
 
I tried two telephones from each one but the problem is going on.
