What are you using as the screen saver, the default image? This doesn't show the date and time, just the release, load, hardware rev, and ICP rev.

I know that at one point we had a bug in the screen saver software that required new software.   The date was always a day behind.  Had to get ahold of ingenious to figure it out.   The result was I had to pull down the software again and re-install the screen saver with new code.   I'd bet it would be the same thing for you.

You have to go through the install proceedure.  When there, there is a checkbox to remove from the phones.

Best bet is to upgrade the 3300 to a newer release.
You can ftp the 53xx firmware to the 3300 and update this way. I have never done this, just know that there is documentation on how to do it.

You will need a new password from AMC so your SA must be up to date.

I take it you are not a dealer? The only charge from Mitel is the Software assurance, your dealer may charge you for the upgrade if you guys don't have an agreement in place that would cover them.
