Attendant Status Return to Absent - Mitel Console
« on: May 06, 2012, 09:14:58 AM »
Hi Friends,
we have a MXeIII with a console. Although I've changed Programmed Service to OFF, sometimes attendant console status changed to Absent and CP to Night1 !!!

What is wrong with the console ? Is it possible to prevent console to change CP mode and Attendant Status ?

Check it's Class of service.
There is an "Attendant Busy Out" timer.   The default is 10 minutes.
If an attendant doesn't make or answer a call within the timer limits the system puts the attendant as absent.  If it's your last attendant then the system will be put into night 1 mode.

If you change that timer to 1440 it will disable the feature.
