Dropped Calls
« on: August 04, 2011, 10:09:06 AM »
I've got two locations reporting calls are getting dropped after about 1 minutes. These are local and long distance calls to businesses so cell phones are out. I looked at some of the logs on the PBX's nothing stands out is there a way to tell on the PBX if calls are being dropped? Version 4.1

What kind of trunks?
If SIP, what kind of firewall?

If PRI have you done a 'DTS RE <PLID> last 24' on the circ?  Did it show any errors?  Is it all 100%?
