So the audio "invalid extension" I think narrows it down to the NuPoint.

The easiest way I know is via CLI

Log into the CLI with putty

R for reports

C for config

post the output

I might have spotted something.
Is your normal extensions 1xxx and secondary lines 21xxx?
If yes, change your speed dial to be in the 1xxx range.  Doesn't have to be a DID just needs to start with a 1.

So I think your problem is the dial string Dial plan = [4,5,3,3,3,3,3,3,3]

Exts starting with 1 are 4 digits
Exts starting with 2 are 5 digits
Exts starting with 3-9 are 3 digits

Your trying to use 6326 that is set to a 3 digit ext
