The system will prevent calls from Vmail system to Vmail system. Get something in between that is delaying the callflow to the port.

Mitel always recommends that is using the embedded voicemail as a RAD that you put the RAd in a Hunt Group and point any calls to the Hunt Groups and not directly to the port.

When you say in the middle could you give a recommendation. Putting 99066 in a RAD hunt group, do you think this could resolve the issue?

Putting it in a Hunt Group should resolve the issue.
