where do my exports go?
« on: January 29, 2024, 08:02:55 AM »
I'm trying to import the telephone directory from our MXe3300 III cluster into our call logger server.  we have 2 exports schedule, both for the directory (no idea why 2 it was setup years ago).  I know that when you log onto the MXe and select export on any form, it saves to your local Windows-User-Downloads folder.  when you schedule an export though, where does it put the file?  I've been told by the call logger vendor to FTP the file from the controller to the logger server, which makes sense but from what location and what is the fiilename?  anyone know please?

call logger app is Datatrack Call Management System 4.12.7
Mitel controller is MXe3300 III release level 9.3

A scheduled export will send the file to the FTP server defined in the External FTP Server form.
