Caller ID not updating

Had some positional changes, have updated the users name associated with the extension on the 3300 and the voicemail box, however when users call the extension the old person's name still shows up.
Any tips on what's stuck or what else to check to get the name to update? Trying to avoid deleting the extension/phone from the 3300 and readding it but will if needed .

Person A left ext. 9999
ext. 9999 name updated to Person B on both 3300 and Voicemail box
dial 9999 Person A still shows up on caller ID and directory

On the MiVB check the Device in User and Services Configuration. The Directory Name in the Service Profile Tab can have a different name. You can also check the Telephone Directory form.

Thanks for the tip, fixed by going to Telephone Directory
