Mitel 6920 Headset Issue

Good afternoon,

Hoping someone may be able to help.

I have a Plantronics Savi 7210 headset and the APS-11 hook switch to be able to answer calls via the headset. However I'm unable to answer/end calls. The Mitel 6920 is set to Headset Audio mode and DHSG is enabled, I can hear audio through headset but when I click the function button it just beeps and turns the base icon from green to off without accepting/ending the call.

Has anyone had success with this headset and getting the call answering to work on a Mitel 6920?

In the user COS , put NO in :

Head Set Switch Mute
Itegrated DECT High Power - Enabled
Integrated DECT Wideband - Enabled
