Has anyone seen this error before in Mitel logs?
« on: November 30, 2021, 08:26:54 AM »
Our logs are getting flooded with this error:

Quote
Software Logs:   Warning:   Source T1D4_VDSU.
Progress Monitor - T1D4Vdsu::LogTspMessage IGNORING TSP message 0x102: API_CONNECT_INDICATION while in state AFC_BUSY on T1d4M2p1 link 0 channel 20Data: 00 0a 01 02 32 a4 f2 80 ff ff 00 04 00 04 00

Mitel said it's nothing to worry about but we're getting several of these errors every two minutes.
I can't see any other T1 errors.

Ralph

Can't say that I have, but looks like a carrier issue to me.

That's my thought but I need to figure out a way to prove it.  The E1 stats look fine.  All channels are programmed as E&M Immediate start, loop start.

Is this a fractional PRI/T1 (less than 23/24 channels)? I think I have seen this before where the number of channels is not programmed correctly to match the telco...
