We have a remote site connected to us via Fiber. Fiber then converts to Ethernet and connected to the main Mitel switch at MDF.
The remote site has ICX 7150 C12.
The calls are continuing to drop at that site intermittently.
Phone screen goes to Connecting to Server and reloads. No power flash.
ISP says their fiber line is fine with no dropped calls.
The main site is not affected and phones work fine.
We had a power issue and it seemed like started after that.
But i dont see any power issues on the ports. Have external POE on one phone and still dropping.
No dropped packets on the ports.
