Does anyone know why the presence indicators are not working in Micollab v9.1.3.102? The only presence indicators we can get to work are the green checkmark and Do not disturb. We are wanting the yellow Away status to be shown when someone has been idle for a certian amount of time, say 10 minutes. However, our folks are shown as green checkmarks all day long, even when their computers are not even powered on.
Our Mitel rep said this is a known problem and they hope it gets fixed with the 9.2 release. Any thoughts on whether this is true and when that release is scheduled?
