I am running into an issue where the "Forgot your password" link is not working in MiCollab Client - we have v7.2 client installed.
There are also reports of some users not getting voicemail emails.
I think this whole thing started when the SMTP settings were updated on MAS.
At first, there were no email notifications going out. We poked around and realized the NuPoint Web Console > Unified Messaging needed to be updated. Once we updated the "SMTP Smarthost Configuration" under Unified Messaging and set it to "Use the Mail Server User ID configured in the MSL server-manager" most of the problems went away.
However, this was not visible until someone recently tried to reset their password and it didn't work. They also mentioned that they don't get voicemail emails as well.
What is the correct way of updating SMTP settings for MiCollab Client to function normally?
We were using Lotus Notes and have migrated to O365, hence the SMTP settings update requirement.
