MiCollab SIP Softphone and Ring Group Presence
« on: March 20, 2020, 10:25:52 AM »
Hi all,

Am I right in thinking that users on MiCollab can manage their ring group presence through the client?

Not the Personal Ring Group - the normal Ring Group they are a member of.

If so - how?

Thanks.

Sorted, it's the 'User can manage group presence' setting

And you can activate/deactivate it for all users via:

To get around this log in via putty then:-
1. Type “tt” at command prompt and hit enter, screen will echo back:-
psql (9.3.8)
Type "help" for help.
2. Type the following at command prompt:-
update intl_enterprise_user_settings set group_presence_control_flag=1/0;
System will reply with “UPDATE <<user number>>
3. Type \q to quit.

Hello,
How did you configure the group presence on the softphone itself?
On a normal deskphone, we can have a group presence key but I'm not sure how would that work on the sofphone.
Thanks
