integrated voicemail 3300 icp Please help

Hello,

I have a mitel 3300 icp with integrated voicemail. it has 215 mailbox licences.

I have over 30 people who have voicemail activated on the sydtem and seems to work fine.

The issue i have is that i have created 2 new users and ticked voicemail in the user config, the mailbox has been created however when i ring the ddi or the internal ext number the call doesnt seem to be going through to voicemail if the call isnt answered. the user is a hotdesk user aswell but so are the other users voicemails that work..


any suggestions?

You either need to set the phone to call forward no answer to the voicemail hunt group, or setup their call rerouting 1st alternative answer point to the voicemail pilot number.

I prefer the Call Rerouting Assignment form to do this in. But ultimately its up to you.

call re-routing? where would that be?

i have looked at the exts that work with their voicemail ind the setups are identical.

In order to tell you where Call Rerouting Assignment is, I need to know what software version your running. Otherwise if you go into "All Forms" it will be in the list.

thank you, i will let you know how it goes.

The software version is 8.0.10.7_1 if that helps but i am going to look in all forms anyway

You can also forward to VM on a busy or RNA at the phone itself via the menus.

yes it was the Call Rerouting 1st Alternative. it was pointing to the wrong table in the call rerouting.
