mitell 3300 and uk pri isdn
« on: December 07, 2010, 08:47:49 AM »
Hello again,

I am getting on with the mitel pretty well and in the next 2 days or so i will be installing my first isdn30 on a mitel 3300. However i have been playing about with another system (currently spare) in my isdn 30 and cant see to get it working at all.

Does anyone have a cheat sheet or how to guide to setup pri on the 3300?

Thanks for your help people

Use the help file for this, thats what I normally do if I forget something when setting up PRI. It goes through each form and specifies what to set. log in to 3300 click help then; system programming->Trunks->Digital trunks->Program embedded PRI/QSIG (presuming you are using an embedded module for PRI).

If you are getting access denied then its a COR issue. Try using individual trunk select to eliminate COR and if that works you know your trunks are set up correctly and can then resolve the COR issues.
